Unfortunately pre paid tickets are non refundable. Ticket times and dates can be changed up to 7 days prior to the start time of the event date, using the "Manage My Booking" link in your original confirmation email.

Points to note:

• Each time slot is for 3.5 hours.
• Sunday 27th of August is the last day of the 2023 season, Fort Lucan will close then until Easter 2024.
• Fort Lucan is closed between 13:00 and 14:00, no customers are allowed to remain in the Park during this time.
• All attractions including the cafe and ice-cream shop close 15 minutes prior to the time slot closure to allow time to clear any queue and give time for children to get changed.
• Fort Lucan is open exclusively for pre-booked school tours ONLY mid week from May 24th to June 30th.
• Entrance tickets are not sold at the entrance desk, ensure you have booked online in advance.
