Wrap up warm… Santa’s Toy Factory is covered so you won’t get wet but it will be cold! It is the North Pole after all!! Wear sensible shoes if there has been rain as the ground may be wet.

No, for health and safety reasons you cannot bring dogs into Fort Lucan

Are there height restrictions?
The Raging River, Waterfall and Crazy Golf have height restrictions of 1meter. Smaller children can use the Raging River and Crazy Golf if accompanied by a responsible adult.
What happens if it rains?
The Toy Factory is covered so it will be open in almost all weather.
How is disorderly behaviour managed in Fort Lucan?
In Fort Lucan we do not tolerate aggression, bullying, physical or verbal abuse to children, adults or staff. Anyone who attempts to ruin another person’s day out in Fort Lucan will be asked to leave immediately
Do all children get a present from Santa Claus?
All children who have been booked to visit Santa will get a present. Under 2′s are free and don’t recieve a present but if you think your child will enjoy visiting Santa and wants a present, please book in as an over 2! Children who are over 14 and who wouldn’t appreciate the entire visit can book in as adults and won’t receive a present.
